COMBINING ORDERS
If you would like to combine multiple orders before it’s sent out, please send us a email with your order numbers and we will gladly refund you the extra shipping cost.
PROCESSING TIMES
Our current processing time is 7-10 days depending on the volume of orders.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All slimes are final sale and there will be no returns and exchanges. Scents are subjective, please be aware before placing your order.
PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER
If a package was returned back to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund you only for the slimes and not the shipping cost. Please double check your address is correct before checking out.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost packages, please contact the shipping carrier and file a claim so they can trace your package and have it delivered to you.
All slimes are packed neatly in boxes and protected in bubble bags. Once your package is dropped off to the post office, if any damage occurs in transit, please contact the shipping carrier company (most of the time USPS) to file a damage claim. All packages have insurance in order to file a damage claim.
Once in a while leaks occur in transit due to over filling the jars, the bubble bags are sealed and will contain that slime in the bag that could be saved.
